The customer journey as starting point
Omring, well known in the Noord-Holland region, focuses on people who need care at vulnerable moments. From treatment to rehabilitation. From care to specialized nursing. The customer journey of these users was the starting point for the development of the new Omring.nl. Why is the visitor on the website? What does he wants to find out or do? How can we, for example, help someone who is looking for specialised help? And what does the organisation of Omring wants to achieve with the website? The information requirements of the visitor is of utmost importance for the design of the website. To get answers to these questions, a toptask research has been done and various workshops with stakeholders have taken place. Based on the strategic principles that have been determined during these workshops, we started with the User Experience design.
