Optimize the customer journey of the international student

There are 122,000 international students studying in the Netherlands every year. Internationalization of education and attracting international students is a way to improve the quality of education. They strengthen the quality of education in the Netherlands and all students can benefit from a diverse international classroom with the knowledge, experience and networks that international students bring from their own country. Once on the Dutch labor market, they strengthen our (knowledge) economy. Even when they return, they remain important ambassadors for the Netherlands.

Students, alumni and educational organizations can now find their information about the study offer, preparation for their stay in the Netherlands and post-graduate options on a variety of websites and applications. One Shoe and Nuffic are joining forces to better organize the online customer journey of international students from study seeker to alumnus, to make systems more compatible and to integrate where possible.
